Bought this flour to try making plain white bread loaves and a couple pans of cinnamon rolls all turned out great! My first packaged was bought at a farmers market and by the next week the person that was selling wasn’t at the farmers market so I came to the website to order. Did I mention that Im also making a sourdough starter with this flour also-love it! People with gluten sensitivity and that are definitely allergic to gluten can consume this without any problems!
