We have a patented Gently Crushing process that preserves the germ cells and keeps all the live nutrition in the wheat. All other grinding or milling processes rupture the cell membrane.
We mean just that, the cell remains intact and alive. For example, we can take our Crushed Wheat #1 (replacement for flour) and when we put it in the right growing conditions, we can watch it grow into wheat! That will not happen with flour.

First, the live nutrition is intact, meaning we do not have to add vitamins or nutrients to “enrich” our product. The way we like to think of it, we now have a process where we retain the God-created nutrition in the grain, so no manufactured nutrients need be added. We have the only process able to do this.
Second, because there is no oxidation, there is no need to add preservatives to extend the shelf life, which allows us to sell our grains preservative free. Other products might use synthetics which can cause inflammation and wreak havoc on the body. Our products only have nutrition that your body recognizes, making the nutrition in everything you eat more digestible and more absorbable.
Next, and the category of the most interest to many of our customers, is the content of Glutenin and Gliadin. These are the two proteins which create gluten. We believe our wheat produces the best gluten strands, and the Gluten Intolerant community seems to be our leading consumers.

This may sound odd, but because of our commitment to producing grains free of “synthetic and nonsynthetic” substances, we do not use the term organic. While many of our grains are certified or raised organic, we dropped the organic label as “organic” products are permitted to use a whole host of synthetic and nonsynthetic substances that we will not use. We encourage you to view the list of synthetic and nonsynthetic substances that the federal rules allow producers to use and still call themselves organic. Our qualifications are much more nutritious and chemical free than the organic certification. Instead, we partner with good farmers whom we trust in order to get what we consider the best grains. Our farmers and seed dealers must raise it in the field with care and handle it with care to keep the germ cell live. This means no glyphosate as that kills the wheat. No augers or other equipment that will damage the cell wall of the grain are used either. This is done so the seed dealer and seed farmer provide us seed that has the most life in it that is possible, and then we preserve that life through our Gently Crushing process. While other grain dealers may not be concerned about these methods, we want to feed people live food, so we must source and handle the grain accordingly.
Yes, our grains are non-GMO. GMO wheat has not been approved for commercial use in the United States.
Our wheat variety is Wildcat.
Previously, the variety of wheat had minimal impact on the health of people and animals, because the milling and grinding process killed the germ cell. But once we invented our Gently Crushing process, that changed.
The wheat variety became extremely important now, as did the farmer and the climate. Until now, Einkorn was the most nutritious wheat that we have tested. Our Wildcat Gently Crushed wheat has tested higher in nutrition than Einkorn in almost every category.
We have Wheat #1 that we are currently testing as far back as January of 2018, and it is still great. Since we do not rupture the cell membrane, there is no oxidation and therefore it has an extended shelf life and the grains can be stored at room temperature in a sealed container or bag.
Our company is concerned with the highest quality food, without any chemicals. In addition to our Gently Crushing process, we buy the best grains only from suppliers that not only meet but exceed government regulations. Like most products, the better they are, the more expensive they are.
