Crushed Wheat #2

Description

Crushed Wheat #2 can be used with Crushed Wheat #1 in baking. It is used as a 1:1 replacement for flour. Using Crushed Wheat #2 helps to get more fiber and protein in your baked goods.  Crushed Wheat #2 is also good for breading and comes in a 3 pound 6 ounce package.
