Ingredients:
Crushed Wheat #3
Crushed Oats
Water
You can use the grains however you would like to. I like to use 1/2 cup worth of grain. I prefer to use 1/4 cup of Crushed Wheat #3 and Crushed Oats. The grain is a personal preference to you so if you use different amounts of Wheat #3 and Oats that is up to you. However much grain you use, also use the same amount of water. So boil the water first (1/2 cup grain means 1/2 cup water). Once water is boiling add grain and mix together so grain soaks up water. Then put in bowl to eat. It tastes better to add honey, can add anything else: fruit, peanut butter, chocolate chips, etc. Also healthier to add flax on top as well!
